ReplyZen Speak ("we", "our", "the Service") is a YouTube comment reply tool operated at replyzen.tech. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash), or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
YouTube data: when you connect your channel, we access your channel ID, channel name, your videos' public metadata (titles, thumbnails, view counts), and comments posted on your videos. We store OAuth tokens to act on your behalf.
Generated content: comment translations and AI-generated replies created by the Service.
Billing data: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. We store your plan and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Data

To detect the language of comments on your videos, translate them for you, and generate reply drafts.
To post replies to YouTube only after you approve them (or as configured by you).
To manage your subscription, usage limits, and account.

Comment text is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to provide translation and reply generation. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Google / YouTube Data

ReplyZen Speak's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum YouTube scopes needed to read comments and post replies. You can revoke access anytime at Google Account Permissions.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. This permanently deletes your account, channel connection, tokens, replies, and settings from our database. Replies already posted to YouTube remain on YouTube as they are your channel's content.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and on our server hosted by Hostinger. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to provide the Service.
