Free Trial First

ReplyZen Speak offers a free plan with 30 replies per month, so you can fully test the product before paying. We encourage you to try the free plan before subscribing.

Refund Eligibility

• 14-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
• Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the replies quota for that period has not been substantially used.
• Technical issues: If a verified technical problem on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of your billing period, you are entitled to a refund or credit.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at Ah1565791@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made.
