Terms of Service

By using ReplyZen Speak ("the Service") at replyzen.tech, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ReplyZen Speak helps YouTube creators manage comments: it detects comment language, provides translations, and generates AI reply drafts that post to YouTube after your approval. You are responsible for the content of replies you approve and post.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and own or manage the YouTube channel you connect.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
One free trial per YouTube channel. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to post spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Unused replies roll over to the next month (up to one month's plan limit).
Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 7 days of a charge.

5. AI-Generated Content

Replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect. Review replies before approving. We are not liable for the content of replies you approve and post to your channel.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or channel-related issues arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts violating these terms.
